Big News: You Can Now Sync Your LifeSpan Fit App Data to Strava!

At LifeSpan, your voice matters — and we’ve been listening.

We’re excited to announce one of our most requested features is finally here: LifeSpan Fit App users can now sync their data directly to Strava! Whether you’re tracking steps on your under-desk treadmill, logging a full-body workout, or building consistency through active minutes, all your progress can now flow seamlessly into your Strava feed.

Strava is more than just a fitness platform — it’s a community. By syncing LifeSpan Fit App data to Strava, you can now access your fitness data across platforms and share your achievements with friends and fitness communities.

How to Sync with Strava

It’s easy to connect your Strava account:

      • Open the LifeSpan Fit App
      • Go to Settings > Connected Apps
      • Tap Strava and follow the prompts to log in and authorize access

Once connected, your workouts and activity data will automatically start syncing.

LifeSpan Fit App connects with your favorite fitness platforms like Google Health and Apple Health.
