Never underestimate how beneficial walking is for your health. Experts recommend getting 10,000 steps per day. For some of us, that target may be easy to reach, but for others it can be a struggle to stay motivated. That’s why we created the LifeSpan Walking Challenge for May 2021! You don’t have to get 10,000 steps a day, just push yourself to get more steps than you would normally.
We created a calendar so you can keep yourself accountable. Download it and print it out so you can track your progress.
