I have an odd length desk at 42" and was looking for a monitor shelf that was wide enough I wouldn't worry about the monitor bases being unstable and long enough to hold my two 24" monitors with ease. The desk itself is not the popular color of this year, but is walnut and has black legs, which I hoped to match.
I searched thru Google and finally found this shelf at 42", in walnut, with black hardware - a win! It was delivered in a timely manner and was easy to assemble. It matches my desk well, is very stable, and seems to be of nice heavy duty construction. I also love the fact that the corners of this shelf are rounded (I wish my desk had that feature - LOL).
