Powered by you. No batteries to replace or power cords to stumble over. Getting started couldn’t be easier: simply position the bike anywhere you would place a traditional chair, adjust the seat height to your preferred setting, and start pedaling. There are no buttons to push, or electronics to set. The resistance is preset to a light universal setting to keep your body moving during normally sedentary time, gaining significant health benefits, without breaking a sweat.

Storage hooks, located on each side of the desk, help keep personal items stored and out of the way. Great for holding backpacks, hand bags, or jackets.

Comfortable and Inviting

Comfort starts with a large contoured seat designed to distribute your weight over a large surface area – more like an office chair than an exercise bike. Next, to accommodate a variety of shoe types and sizes, the pedals are almost 9” in length, supporting a large portion of the foot rather than just the ball of the foot. Finally, the Unity pedals are placed further out in front of the seat than a traditional bike, reducing knee movement and placing your feet in a more comfortable position, more consistent with working at a desk.

Seat height adjustment is accomplished with a simple lever, supporting most users ranging from 5’0” to 6’6”.

Love it

A great way to get some movement in while working. I'm 5'3" and can reach the pedals - any shorter and you would struggle. The seat is comfortable for me (and my a** is one of the few parts of my body without any extra padding, so that's saying something!). The desk is large - I can use my laptop, external monitor, a blue yeti microphone, a diffuser, and notebooks without overcrowding. I also should point out that I can write by hand while pedalling and my writing is smooth - no jerkiness because the desk is super stable when you pedal. Pedals are quiet but if you angle your foot downwards too much, you can hit the front crossbar. There's enough resistance that it doesn't spin out of control (for reference, I run 10-15 miles/week and don't find the pedalling to be "too easy" as some reviewers have put it) - just keep in mind that the bike is not for cardio exercise but just to keep the body active (equivalent to an easy stroll). I also bought it on sale for $199 in January 2021 so I love it at that price point. I'm not sure if I would spend $799 on this - there are probably more options to explore at that price point.

Great product and allows optimal

Great product and allows optimal productivity while being physically active! Needed to be active during extended times of sitting! Great source for burning calories, staying in shape, improving blood pressure and toning muscles! Very comfortable and convenient! I highly recommend! :)

Great except seat

Spacious yet compact. Smooth cycling motion. The seat is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise I love it.

Best quarantine purchase

I have no idea how a product this great was so affordable. The desk took some effort to assemble (two people definitely helped), but once we got it together it has been smooth sailing. The seat and table height as well as the distance between seat and desktop are adjustable. I find myself using it as both a standing desk and a seated desk while biking. Makes the long hours studying so much better! The bike has no resistance, but that makes it completely quiet and easy to use for long periods of time.

Love my Unity!

This desk is so great!! The way the desk was packed made it very easy to unload and keep the parts straight. The set up was super-easy. I like the adjustable seat and overall it is comfortable.
In a perfect world, I would love the desk top to be able to be lowered as well as the seat and I wouldn't mind some handles and a back on the seat just for extra security, but all in all, I am super-thrilled with the amount of table top space to work with during my day.
It is a GREAT desk for the money.
