LifeSpan strives for the safe and prompt delivery of our products. In-stock items typically ship within 1-5 days and are generally delivered within 7 to 10 days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on our shipping partners' schedules and other factors such as weather, delivery location, and holidays. Some orders may take up to 11 to 21 days for delivery. Large items like treadmills are transported using specific methods to ensure they arrive in good condition. Due to our commitment to order safety, expedited shipping options are not available.

We currently do not offer free shipping to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. For Room Of Choice Delivery Service, customers would need an agreed upon schedule before any delivery attempt. A tracking number will be provided for shipment monitoring. Customer may contact the carrier or standby for a call to proceed with the agreed delivery schedule.

Damaged Items

Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure safe and secure transportation of items, especially during the handling, loading, and unloading processes. Any minor visible damage on the packaging does not affect the integrity of the equipment inside.

Should there be a major visible damage on the packaging, customer is advised to reject the delivery, note, and document the damage details on the bill of lading (including tears, puncture holes, dents or liquid damages etc. on the box) before the carrier leaves in order to support as evidence in case of a dispute.

Cancellation And Return Policy

Cancellation of “unshipped” orders will receive a full refund. All fees relevant to the cancellation will be in US Dollar denomination. Existing terms and conditions apply, including the customer being responsible for the 20% restocking fee and $350 shipping cost back to LifeSpan.

Any delivery shipping fees or delivery service charges such as White Glove Assembly or Room Of Choice Delivery fees collected on the order will all be non refundable.

To start your return, please email us at We're happy to accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

Item(s) for return must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
  • In its original packaging

Additional charges may be incurred for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. Upon examination, if your return is missing parts when it is received, you may be charged an extra restocking fee. LifeSpan reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund. LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 to 15 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan.

Note: Any complimentary items associated with the order being returned must also be returned, or the price of the item will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping Fee

Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes delivery service upgrades (Assembly, Room of Choice).

For Accessories, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Within the US

  • All US orders that have been canceled/returned after it has been marked as shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, will be charged a 20% restocking fee and $350 return shipping fee which will all be deducted from the total cost of the order.
  • All US orders that have been refused to be accepted by the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and $350 return shipping fee which will all be deducted from the total cost of the order.

Canada Orders

  • All Canada orders that have been canceled/returned after it has been marked as shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, will be charged a 30% processing fee, 20% restocking fee, and $350 return shipping fee which will all be deducted from the total cost of the order.
  • All Canada orders that have been refused to be accepted by the customer will be charged a 30% processing fee, 20% restocking fee and $350 return shipping fee which will all be deducted from the total cost of the order.

LifeSpan Fitness will not be honoring any return or refund request relating to reasons such as change of mind, product compatibility, or product features such as product size, weight, color etc. for the reason that we are willing to answer questions and provide details regarding any of our products prior to purchase in order to ensure an informed decision before making a purchase.

The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs for any product that is classified as an accessory like safety keys, yoga balls, monitor stands etc.

Refund amount for any canceled/refunded orders that have been marked as shipped will be credited back to the customer within 10 to 15 business days beginning from the time that the returned item(s) on the order have been received back and passed the inspection process at the LifeSpan warehouse.

LifeSpan Fitness reserves the right to determine the final refund amount to be given based on the inspection results.

Parts Warranty And Return Policy

Customers may opt to reach out through LifeSpan support lines for remote issue analysis, troubleshooting, and recommendations, but it is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate due to certain limitations of long distance troubleshooting.

For cases needing and out of warranty labor services, we always highly recommend that the customer first hire an authorized service professional to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment on-site so the technician would be the one to recommend the parts that need replacement.

What Does This Parts Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers parts purchased from Lifespan Fitness against defects in material and workmanship when they are used for their intended purpose, under normal conditions and provided the unit they are installed on receives proper care.

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

  • Non-electronic parts carry a 30 day warranty, from delivery date of original order.
  • Electronic parts carry a 15 day warranty, from delivery date of original order.

How Will LifeSpan Satisfy This Warranty?

Lifespan Fitness will provide a replacement part at no additional charge (excluding the return shipping cost) for any part found and declared by our authorized service professionals to be defective due to workmanship or materials, provided you follow the stated return policy listed below.

Note: We replace defective or damaged parts; we do not provide full refunds for defective or damaged parts.

If you wish to return a defective or damaged part rather than have the part replaced, the refund is subject to both restocking and electronics inspection/testing fees.

What Is Not Covered By This Warranty?

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Parts for Residential equipment used in a Commercial or Income producing locations (Health Clubs, Hotels, Corporate Fitness Centers, Schools, Senior Centers, or Home-Based Personal Training)
  • Parts subjected to misuse, abuse, or neglect, as determined by Lifespan Fitness.
  • Parts altered, tampered with, or damaged during installation or shipping. If your part was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt at 801-973-9993 option 4.

How Do I Get A Replacement Part?

Contact Lifespan Fitness at 801-973-9993 option 4 or email, within the above specified warranty period, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once you have the RA number, you will be required to return the item within 15 days. ALL RAs EXPIRE 15 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE. After we receive and inspect the defective part, we will ship out a replacement part within 30 days.

Note: LifeSpan reserves the right to refuse replacement of the part if the item shows signs of not being covered by the warranty as noted above. Any parts returned to us that are determined to not qualify for replacement can be returned to you if you provide a return label for the return shipping of these items. We will hold the items for 7 days after you return them to us, after 7 days we will dispose of them.

How Do I Get A Return Authorization (RA) Number?

Call 801-973-9993 option 4 or email, within the above specified warranty period, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. On some RA types we will require you to provide the brand, model number, and serial number from the exercise equipment. You must have an RA number to return parts to us.

Parts returned without an RA will be refused and shipped back, collect, to the shipper.


  • RA for a refund must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product (15 days for electronic parts).
  • All returns (except for defective parts) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns for electronic parts (except defective parts) are also subject to a 30% electronics inspection/testing fee.
  • The RA number must be written in 2 locations on the outside of the box.
  • A signed copy of the original packing slip must be inside the box.
  • Return the part, with the shipping fee prepaid, to Lifespan Fitness, 650 N. Main Center, Suite 72, St. Charles, MO 63301. Note: NO COLLECT packages will be accepted, customers must pay the return shipping.
  • Any package that is refused or un-deliverable will be charged return shipping to us by the shipping company. We will deduct this return shipping from any refund that you are entitled to receive.
  • Only unused parts can be returned for a refund; if you install it, you own it. The above defective parts warranty is still in effect, and we will replace parts returned and determined by us to be defective.
  • We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges on any returned items; this includes defective parts.
  • Refunds for parts that put the remainder of an order below the $25 minimum order will be adjusted to meet that minimum requirement for the rest of the order. Minimum order fees are never refunded.
  • You may be required to attach a picture of the model number/serial number from your equipment and parts comparison pictures for some RAs. If pictures are requested and the part is returned to us before pictures arrive, the RA will be handled as a normal refund and subject to both restocking and electronic inspection/testing fees.
  • Allow up to 30 days, from our receipt of the package, for your refund to be processed and issued back to you.
  • A $25 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a chargeback fee to Lifespan Fitness. We aggressively defend against chargebacks and allow collections agencies to collect on our behalf.

We highly suggest using a trained service technician to diagnose, repair and maintain your equipment.

Pre Order

Our pre-order process is designed to allow customers to secure their desired product, ensuring they don’t miss out on the latest purchasing opportunity. Purchasing pre-order items also ensures customers receive the best possible deal before it becomes available again while getting benefits of the particular promotion that’s running at the time.

This process aims to provide accurate shipping expectations for all items. However, it’s important to note the potential impact of unforeseen challenges in the supply chain on delivery timeline.

By placing a pre-order with LifeSpan, the customer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of delays and associated risks that are beyond our control.

Free Shipping is only valid on the days of the promotion. We will not price match Free Shipping after a promotion.

Manufacturer's Warranty

LifeSpan Fitness extends the Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, home, indoor use of the new or open-box LifeSpan Fitness equipment. Any other use of the products shall void this Limited Warranty.

If you purchased a product from a retailer or another website, please contact the retailer or site for instructions about warranty claims. Please note: For Amazon orders shipped and sold by LifeSpan Fitness, please contact us directly.

You must register your product within 60 days of delivery for warranty coverage. Register your product here. LifeSpan Fitness will not honor warranties for unregistered products or any products that failed to register within 60 days of purchase.

Although some of our retailers may offer extended warranties, LifeSpan Fitness does not directly support any warranty purchased through a retailer or online at websites other than

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to file your claim before the warranty on your fitness equipment expires. LifeSpan Fitness will only honor a warranty claim when the claim is made within the validity of the warranty period.

LifeSpan Fitness product warranties are non transferable and only apply to the original owner. LifeSpan Fitness’s warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, motor, electronic component or defective part, and is the sole remedy of the warranty.

Parts covered by lifetime or 5-year warranties will only be supported by LifeSpan as long as the product model/variant involved in the warranty claim is still in production.

LifeSpan bases the start of the warranty period for all machines to the date of purchase, that is why all warranty claims for both labor and parts must be backed by a valid proof of purchase. No warranty claim would be honored unless accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

By purchasing any of LifeSpan’s products and services, the customer acknowledges and commits to providing the LifeSpan Fitness Team with unwavering support in performing inspection and troubleshooting while technician dispatch is in process. Furthermore, the customer hereby agrees to cooperate and accommodate qualified affiliate technician sent by LifeSpan to diagnose and repair the machine on site.

LifeSpan Fitness reserves the right to revoke the customers right to a refund or a replacement unit should the customer refuse to cooperate in providing the needed assistance during inspection, troubleshooting, and repair or for whatever reason deny us the opportunity to send a qualified affiliate technician to diagnose and repair the machine on site.

LifeSpan Fitness requires that all returned products for the purpose of unit replacement or refund must be shipped back on its original packaging together with all its inclusions (accessories, tools, literature etc.).

Any refund request that has been submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery that is not proven to be associated with any valid technical issue would only be refunded the amount paid for the equipment and its corresponding taxes. Any return shipping cost would be solely the responsibility of the buyer.

A replacement unit will only have a valid warranty period of 30 days from the day of delivery and once a replacement unit is delivered to the customer, all the features of the warranty for the original fitness equipment such as the 1-year labor warranty, 2-year parts warranty and 10-year frame warranty will be considered fulfilled by LifeSpan, henceforth any repair, labor, and material expenses that may be incurred during the course of ownership of the replacement equipment must be shouldered by the customer.

LifeSpan will only issue brand new replacement units that are of the same model as the original fitness equipment to customers. In the event that the only possible replacement model available is a model that is a step higher than the original model to be replaced, LifeSpan can offer the customer to pay a difference in price for a chance to get a higher grade replacement model with the customers understanding that the warranty for the replacement unit that he/she will be paying the difference for is only valid for 30 days from the date that it gets delivered.

All costs and procedures associated with the recycling/disposal of any defective LifeSpan Fitness equipment will solely be the responsibility of the customer.

All repairs for which the warranty claims are made must be pre-authorized by LifeSpan Fitness.

If replacement parts are shipped while the product is under warranty, the customer will be responsible for a minimal labor charge.

This warranty does not extend to freight damage to the product. This warranty will automatically be voided by the following conditions: (1) if the product is used as a store display model, (2) if the product is purchased or transported outside North America, (3) if all instructions and warnings in the manual are not followed, (4) if a customer opts out of an authorized service provider, and hires or installs parts themselves, (5) if the product is abused or improperly or abnormally used, (6) if the product is used for commercial or rental purposes, (7) if the product incurred any damages or issues caused by an accident or exposure to liquid, and or (8) if the product incurred any damages and issues caused by an exposure to domestic or wild animals and insects. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by LifeSpan Fitness.

The warranty does not apply to damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, cosmetic related damage that does not affect the function and safety of the fitness equipment, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation, or repair (other than in each case that is caused by a LifeSpan Fitness authorized service technician), use of the Product with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories, not originally intended for or compatible with the Product, or any use contrary to the instructions in the Products Owner’s Manual.

The warranty does not apply to Incidental or consequential damages; or economic loss, loss of property of profits, or loss of enjoyment or use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeSpan Fitness is not responsible or liable for indirect, special incidental or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of property or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or other consequential damages or any nature whatsoever in connection with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance or equipment or parts, and LifeSpan Fitness will not provide monetary or other compensation for any repairs or replacement part costs, including but not limited to gym member fees, work time lost, cost of substitute equipment diagnostic visits, maintenance visits or transportation.

Any attempt to repair equipment creates a risk of injury and property damage. LifeSpan Fitness is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury incurred during, or as a result of, any move, repair, or attempted repair of equipment by anyone other than a LifeSpan Fitness authorized service technician. All moves or repairs attempted by you or your agents are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK. LifeSpan Fitness is not responsible or liable for any injury to persons or property arising from such attempted moves or repairs. Any repairs attempted by you or someone else other than an authorized LifeSpan Fitness technician, scheduled by LifeSpan Fitness will void the warranty.
